How we install your lawn
Turf Selection
We help you choose a variety that suits your yard’s sun, shade and use. Sir Walter buffalo is soft underfoot and handles shade. Empire Zoysia is dense and slower growing, so it needs less mowing.
Site Preparation
Most lawns that fail were laid on ground that was never prepared. We remove the old lawn, weeds and debris, level and grade the area so water drains away from the house, and bring in turf underlay soil where the ground needs it.
Professional Installation
We lay the turf tight, then roll and water it in so the roots take quickly and the joins close up into one even lawn.
Post-Installation Care
We leave you a simple aftercare guide covering watering and the first mow, and we can set up regular maintenance once the lawn has established.
